Southern Coastal Machinery Inc.’s CCFW 40 Series Continuous Cartridge Filter Winder is the fastest, most state-of-the-art meltblown cartridge filter machine in the world! It can produce up to 1,200 meltblown cartridge filters per hour. The CCFW 40 machine on the video to the left was sold to a customer in the Middle East, where clean water is especially precious.

BCFW Series Batch Cartridge Filter Winder

The Batch Cartridge Filter Winder can make 2.5″ to 4.5 ” diameter cartridges up to 50″ long, with or without cores and up to 48 individual zones.

The BCFW series can be easily upgraded to CLIMB technology, a patent pending process created in Braselton, GA by Southern Coastal Machinery, for granular activated carbon impregnation.
